The report by the Inspector General of the Department of Justice proves what objective observers aleady knew. Justice and the FBI were biased in favor of Clinton and against Trump.
As these two columns show, the attitude of the FBI leadership was that Clinton must be cleared and Trump must be stopped. If that meant changing a finding against Clinton from "gross negligence" (the statutory definition of the crime) to mere carelessness (adopting the word suggested by President Obama), it would be done. If it meant trying to delay reopening the email case until after the election before examining new evidence, it would be done.
There can now be no doubt that Obama's Justice Department and FBI were trying to help Hillary Clinton get elected president.
