Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) deserves our thanks for being willing to sue over the illegal ObamaCare subsidy of Congressional health insurance. The Obama administration, fearing that they would lose in court, is trying to prevent a trial by asking the judge to dismiss the suit without any hearing on its merits.
