Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) has written to the Secretary of the Treasury, asking for all documents related to White House involvement in the illegal delays on ObamaCare's employer mandate.
The US Constitution requires the President to enforce the law as written, and to go to Congress with a request for changes if he believes the law needs to be modified. The Obama administration has simply refused to enforce the law, taking the legislative role out of the hands of Congress.
