Save the Constitution - Confirm Kavanaugh

To: United States Senator Joe Donnelly (D-Indiana)
United States Senator Heidi Heitkamp (D-North Dakota)
United States Senator Joe Manchin (D-West Virginia)
United States Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri)

The coming battle over the President's nominee to replace Justice Kennedy on the Supreme Court will force you to publicly declare your answer to this question: Whose side are you on?

Do you side with the radical Left, who want a liberal majority on the Supreme Court that will rule against religious freedom, tear up the Second Amendment, erase our borders, criminalize certain kinds of speech, and favor the power of government over individual liberty?

Or, do you side with the Founding Fathers, the original meaning and intent of the Constitution, and the voters of your states?

Each of you represents a deep red state that went solidly for President Trump in 2016. How you answer this question today will go a long way in determining if you will be reelected by your constituents this November.

How you answer this question will also go a long way in determining whether or not America remains a free country where individual liberty reigns supreme or where it is squashed by an ever growing, all-powerful federal government.

I urge you to side with the Founders, the Constitution, and your voters… I urge you to support and vote "YES" for the President's nominee to the Supreme Court.

To: United States Senator Susan Collins (R-Maine)
United States Senator Jeff Flake (R-Arizona)
United States Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska)

As Republicans who each claim to honor the Constitution, I ask each of you the same question I have asked your four Democrat colleagues above… and urge you to support and vote "YES" for the President's nominee to the Supreme Court as well.

The whole world is watching. Please do the right thing for your state and our nation.
