Now we have another example of why conservatives don't trust congressional Republicans. Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK) says the Republicans should give up on the idea of using the reconciliation process to repeal ObamaCare, and instead use it to help President Obama repeal the limits on Federal spending and cut Social Security.
