Illegal Alien Crime Update

November 27, 2019
Prepared by The Conservative Caucus

Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States.  The stories below give some recent examples.

The Border Patrol apprehended a previously deported convicted murderer sneaking across the border near El Paso.  Having previously served a long prison term in Illinois, he now faces another 20 year sentence.

Sanctuary county Montgomery County, Maryland released an illegal alien accused of the sexual abuse of a child instead of turning him over to ICE.

Oregon, a sanctuary state, released an illegal alien accused of killing a woman.  ICE had placed a detainer on him, but after his release he disappeared and may have returned to Mexico, escaping any punishment.

An MS-13 gang member, illegally in the United States, murdered a Texas woman with a Machete.  He is now serving 20 years in prison for a crime that could have been avoided by his deportation.

A drunk illegal alien in New York killed a man in an auto accident, then tried to escape the scene but was apprehended by the police.  ICE had placed a detainer after an earlier arrest for drunk driving a month earlier.  Instead of turning him over for deportation, he was turned loose.

A disabled Vietnam vet was killed in Pennsylvania and an illegal alien has been charged with the crime.

A drunk illegal alien from Honduras has been accused of killing two people in Smithfield, North Carolina.  The US had failed to deport him when he was arrested in 2015.
The Conservative Caucus is a grassroots public policy action organization, formed in 1974.  It was active in defeating the SALT II Treaty, repealing the Catastrophic Coverage Act, blocking the Clinton health-care takeover, securing the impeachment of President Clinton by the House of Representatives, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens, persuading the House of Representatives to sue President Obama regarding ObamaCare, and promoting the confirmation of Justice Kavanaugh.
TCC supports increased border security and the passage of Federal legislation to punish sanctuary jurisdictions by cutting off Federal aid.

The Conservative Caucus, a project of Americans for Constitutional Liberty, is a public policy organization, contributions to which are not tax deductible. The IRS has determined ACL to be a 501(c)(4) organization, exempt from Federal income tax. Contributions to ACL are not subject to FEC regulation or disclosure requirements, and corporate donations are permitted.
