Illegal Alien Crime Update

November 19, 2020
Prepared by The Conservative Caucus

Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States.  The stories below give some recent examples.

Police arrested three MS-13 gang members for murder and attempted murder in Charlottesville and Prince William County.  The Washington Post reports that increased efforts by law enforcement have reduced MS-13 violence, but cannot completely stop it.

The Department of Justice has found that almost all of the aliens held in Federal prisons came to the US illegally, and 70% of the illegals are being held for crimes not related to immigration.

An illegal alien who benefited from the Obama catch-and-release policy in 2012 has been charged with the brutal murder of two sisters in Louisiana.

ICE arrested more than 100 illegal aliens in a multi-state operation.  More than 70% had “criminal convictions or pending criminal charges”.

ICE arrested an illegal alien who was on the run from Colorado charges of child sexual assault.

The Conservative Caucus is a grassroots public policy action organization, formed in 1974.  It was active in defeating the SALT II Treaty, repealing the Catastrophic Coverage Act, blocking the Clinton health-care takeover, securing the impeachment of President Clinton by the House of Representatives, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens, persuading the House of Representatives to sue President Obama regarding ObamaCare, and promoting the confirmation of Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.
TCC supports increased border security and the passage of Federal legislation to punish sanctuary jurisdictions by cutting off Federal aid.

The Conservative Caucus, a project of Americans for Constitutional Liberty, is a public policy organization, contributions to which are not tax deductible. The IRS has determined ACL to be a 501(c)(4) organization, exempt from Federal income tax. Contributions to ACL are not subject to FEC regulation or disclosure requirements, and corporate donations are permitted.
