Illegal Alien Crime Update

February 12, 2020
Prepared by The Conservative Caucus

Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States.  The stories below give some recent examples.

The death toll attributed to an illegal alien in Dallas has now reached 22.  His victims were usually elderly women, whose jewelry he would steal.  He was allowed to stay in the country, and even given a green card, despite a prison term for aggravated assault.

Brooklyn police released an illegal alien instead of turning him over to ICE.  When ICE finally caught up with him, another man was wounded during the arrest.

Although the Orange County sheriff wants to help ICE get criminals out of circulation, California’s sanctuary state policy forced him to put more than 1,000 illegal alien criminals back on the street last year.  Many quickly returned to a life of crime, and were arrested again.

The Conservative Caucus is a grassroots public policy action organization, formed in 1974.  It was active in defeating the SALT II Treaty, repealing the Catastrophic Coverage Act, blocking the Clinton health-care takeover, securing the impeachment of President Clinton by the House of Representatives, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens, persuading the House of Representatives to sue President Obama regarding ObamaCare, and promoting the confirmation of Justice Kavanaugh.
TCC supports increased border security and the passage of Federal legislation to punish sanctuary jurisdictions by cutting off Federal aid.

The Conservative Caucus, a project of Americans for Constitutional Liberty, is a public policy organization, contributions to which are not tax deductible. The IRS has determined ACL to be a 501(c)(4) organization, exempt from Federal income tax. Contributions to ACL are not subject to FEC regulation or disclosure requirements, and corporate donations are permitted.
