The Court correctly ruled that the law gives the president the necessary authority. The Court recognized that the travel order does not ban Muslims from the United States. The Court made clear that Trump's opponents may not claim to be able to read his mind, attribute unconstitutional motives, and strip him of presidential power.
And the Court fired a shot across the bow of liberal judges who issue nationwide injunctions against the president's actions.
