The Senate has now confirmed 84 Trump nominees before the Senate adjourns and members return home to defend their seats in the midterms.
The New Jersey Senator told Yahoo! that the FBI investigation was not thorough and Kavanaugh should be investigated further, stressing the importance of the midterms in Democrats’ efforts to impeach Kavanaugh.
